SEPTEMBER 2004- Dr. Gregory Raymond, DDS., P.C. announced that he and a "Dream Team" of experienced, dedicated doctors are offering their second completely free extreme makeover to a deserving Hoosier. The winner will be featured on the nationally television program, Inside Edition.
Hundreds of canidates submitted tapes, and the doctor's will choose the winner after reviewing the makeover application and the candidate's home video.
The makeover includes complete dental service, plastic surgery, laser eye surgery, makeup and hair design, and new clothing.
